About Us

Karamidye (Black Mussel) Food and Aquaculture Industry Trading Limited Company was founded is Gallipoli / Çanakkale, Turkiye


Our factory has 2 cold storages with a capacity of 20 tons/day for bivalve mollusks, 5 large sea water pools for purification/depuration process, polyethylene tanks, cooking ovens, shock freezing,  packaging and shipping facilities.


We have 2 Black Mussel farming lease at the same area. Farms are located away from any microbiological and chemical pollutants.
